What we collect
For landlords: the account email, your properties, buildings, units, and the crew members you add. For tenants: the contact details you provide on a report and the description of the issue — only what's needed to coordinate the repair.
How it's used
Information is used to route a maintenance request from the tenant to the right landlord and crew, and to coordinate access to the unit. Tenant contact details are used for that repair and nothing else.
Who can see it
Each landlord account sees only its own properties, tenants, and issues. We don't sell data, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.
Data requests
Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email support@tenanttroubletracker.com and we'll take care of it.
