Our recommendations for using EstateSaleSignUp.com

You should think of EstateSaleSignUp as an additional tool in your arsenal to achieve the highest return for a sale. Some sales may not warrant it's use.

  • It may not be right for every sale.

  • When you do use it:

  • You could add an additional sale day, at the beginning of the sale, for customers to enter using the bidding process.
  • That first day, you may want to limit to guests that sign up. Whether you allow 'free' entry after the last bid, is up to you.
  • We don't encourage putting signs up for this first day. You won't be allowing walk in traffic, so it doesn't make sense to encourage it.
  • We would advise putting up signs right after the last 'bidding' customer has exited the property, to prepare for the next day.
  • The sale would begin the next day, as usual, with your normal sign in procedure, or, you could use the free scheduling page that's available with EstateSaleSignup (no bidding, just a free signup/appointment system).
